Multilevel control of mechanical multivariable systems as applied to prosthetics |

| Abstract: | A new method for the optimization of multilevel multivariable mechanical systems is presented. The method uses finite automata theory and algorithms for optimal control. The application of the algorithmic method to the optimal control of artificial human extremities is described. |
