| 摘 要： | GDX2包装机在烟包薄膜折叠成形或输送到烙铁烫贴机构的过程中,存在烟包薄膜松弛、起皱、不紧贴的问题,为此,设计了烟包薄膜收缩装置。介绍了该装置的工作原理,及其吸盘提升式分离机构和烫贴机构。该装置消除了烟包薄膜起皱等问题,提高了产品包装质量,降低了材料消耗。

| Abstract: | The overwrapper in a GDX2 packing line tended to wrinkle the film or produce packets overwrapped loose or not in a tight fit during overwrapper folding and in the path to iron unit.The film shrinking device was designed.The working principle,suction plate lifting separator and iron unit in this device were introduced.The appearance of packet was improved and material consumption was reduced accordingly. |
