消化系统癌组织中12种微量元素含量的分析

摘    要:对6例食管癌、7例胃癌、7例直肠癌、7例结肠癌患者癌和癌旁组织中12种元素进行了含量分析,结果表明:食管癌中Mg,Pb,Mn,Hg,Se,As含量量癌组织高于癌旁组织,Cu,Zn,Ni,Cd,Cr是癌组织低于癌旁组织;胃癌中Cu,Mg,Pb, Hg,Se含量癌组织高于癌旁组织,Fe,Zn,Ni,Cd,Mn,As,Cr均是癌组织低于癌旁组织;在直肠癌中,Cu,Fe ,Mg,Cd,Hg,As含量癌组织于癌旁组织,Zn,Pb,Ni,Mn,Cr均是癌组织低于癌旁组织,在直肠癌中Cu,Fe,Mg,Cd,Hg,As含量癌组织高于癌旁组织,Zn,Pb,Ni,Mn,Cr含量癌组织低于癌旁组织;结肠癌中Mg,Pb,Hg,Se,As含量癌组织高于癌旁组织,Cu,Fe,Zn,Cd,Mn,Cr含量癌组织低于癌旁组织。

Abstract:Measurement on the contents of 12 trace elements in malignant and paramalignant tissues from 6 esophagus cancer patients,7 stomach cancer patients,7 rectum cancer patients ,7 colon cancer patients has been done.The results reveal that in esophagus cancer,the contents of Mg、Pb、Mn、Hg、Se、As in malignant tissues are higher than in paramalignant tissues,while Cu、Zn、Ni、Cd、Cr show lower contents in malignant than in paramaligant tissues;In stomach cancer,the contents of Cu、Mg、Pb、Hg、Se in malignant tissues are higher than in paramalignant tissues,while Fe、Zn、Ni、Cd、Mn、As、Cr show lower contents in malignant than in paramaligant tissues;In rectum cancer,the contents of Cu、Fe、Mg、Cd、Hg、As in malignant tissues are higher than in paramalignant tissues,while Zn、Pb、Ni、Mn、Cr show lower contents in malignant than in paramaligant tissues.In colon cancer,the contents of Mg、Pb、Hg、Se、As in malignant tissues were higher than in paramalignant tissues,while Cu、Fe、Zn、Ni、Cd、Mn、Cr are in lower contents in malignant than in paramaligant tissues.
