瓦斯抽采浓度自动化调控系统的研究与应用

摘    要:通过对钻孔瓦斯涌出量、漏气量影响因素进行分析,认为在瓦斯抽采过程中存在一个最佳抽采负压值。通过探寻最佳负压值可以调整钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度,在保证最高抽采浓度的同时尽可能的降低漏气量,有效提高瓦斯抽采纯量。自主研发了瓦斯抽采管路浓度自动调控系统,在九里山矿进行了井下工业性试验,得到了最佳抽采负压,显著提高了抽采管路瓦斯抽采浓度及抽采纯量。

Abstract:Analyzed the influence factors of gas emission and leakage of drilling hole deems that there exists a optimum negative pressure value of gas drainage. Exploring the optimum negative pressure value can help adjust the concentration of gas drainage of borehole, decline the leakage as soon as possible under the condition of keeping the maximum drainage concentration and enhance the pure quantity of gas drainage.The auto-controlled system of concentration of gas drainage has been developed and tested in the Jiulishan coal mine. The optimum negative pressure value has been obtained, which enhanced the concentration and pure gas quantity of gas drainage obviously.
