底抽巷稳定性分析及支护对策研究

摘    要:以屯兰煤矿南二采区18208工作面底抽巷为工程背景,通过围岩地质力学基础参数测定,运用数值模拟软件,对比分析不同布置方式条件下底抽巷巷道围岩应力分布规律及巷道变形特征,确定了底抽巷的合理空间位置。通过高预应力、强力一次支护锚杆支护技术对原有底抽巷进行优化,提高支护系统的刚度,优化支护构件,有效地控制住了围岩变形,取得理想的支护效果。

Abstract:The bottom roadway of the south 2 mining area of Tanlan coal mine 18208 working face is taken as engineering background, through the surrounding rock geological mechanics basic parameter testing,using numerical simulation software, compare surrounding rock stress distribution and deformation characteristics under the different bottom roadway arrangement, determine the reasonable space of the bottom roadway position. Through high pre-tension, powerful bolt support technology for optimization of the original bottom roadway, improve the stiffness of the supporting system, optimize the supporting artifacts,effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock, obtain the ideal supporting effect.
