永红煤矿煤与瓦斯突出的检测预警指标临界值研究

为了更好地提高生产的安全性与突出预测的准确性,在永红煤矿高瓦斯矿向煤与瓦斯突出矿井的过渡时期,对其开展了高瓦斯煤层预防煤与瓦斯突出的检测预警指标临界值研究。根据钻屑指标量K1临界值来探讨瓦斯平衡吸附量临界值,通过实验数据统计,对两者数据建立关系,从而计算出K1临界值对应的瓦斯平衡吸附量;再测得瓦斯平衡吸附量临界值下对应的煤样的可解吸瓦斯含量,用60 min可解吸瓦斯含量近似预测完全可解吸瓦斯含量,进而判断是否有突出危险性。

Research on Coal and Gas Outburst Detect Early Warning Index and Critical Value in Yonghong Coal Mine

In order to improve the safety of production and accuracy of forecast, in the transition period of high gas mine to coal and gas outburst inYonghong coal mine, research on index critical value of monitoring and early warning about coal and gas outburst prevention in high gas coal was carried out. According to the gas desorption index and critical value, the gas equiliburiun adsorption capacity and critical value was investigated.The relationship between gas desorption index and gas equiliburiun adsorption capacity was established by experimental statistics.Thus, the critical value of-K1- corresponding to the gas equiliburiun adsorption capacity was calculated. According to the measured results about gas equiliburiun adsorption capacity and critical value corresponding to desorption gas content under different contitions.The content desorption gas in 60 minutes approximate to the gas content of adsorption completely can be used to judge the tendency of gas outburst hazard.
