残留煤柱回收工作面巷道合理布置研究

摘    要:采用数值计算软件FLAC3D,以王庄煤矿43M2工作面残留煤柱实际生产地质条件为背景建立模型,分析研究了残留煤柱内的支承压力分布情况,残留煤柱从边缘到中心可以被分为卸载松散区、塑性强化区、弹性变形区和原始应力区。以此为根据提出了残留煤柱工作面巷道的布置方式。认为回收工作面巷道应布置在塑性强化区的低应力区,确定回收工作面窄煤柱宽度为6 m。

Abstract:With the actual geological conditions of coal pillar in 43M2 face Wangzhuang coal mine, using the simulation software FLAC3 Destablish the model to analysis the inside abutment pressure distribution of the residual coal pillar, from periphery to center, residual pillar can be divided into several zones: unloading zone, plastic reinforced zone, elastic deformation zone and original stress zone. Then propose the arrangement of roadway in residual coal pillar based on this conclusion. It is considered that the recovery roadway should be arranged in reinforced plasticity areas with the low stress and the narrow coal pillar width of recovery face should be 6 meters.
