摘    要:以山西司马矿浮选入料为试验样品,进行了煤质分析和调浆转速探索试验、剪切调浆前后浮选速度的对比试验。结果表明:该煤样适宜浮选粒级0.250~0.125 mm、0.125~0.074 mm含量分别达到56.85%、20.70%;而不易浮选粒级即0.5 mm、0.045 mm粒级含量仅为0.65%、5.62%,所以该煤样可浮性较好。当调浆转速为1 950 r/min时,精煤灰分降低0.14%,精煤产率增加5.05%,可燃体回收率增加5.59%;适当的转速可以提高捕收剂油滴的分散度,并且高剪切调浆流态提供的强紊流流态大幅度提高煤粒与油滴的碰撞概率,促进油滴与煤粒的有效吸附,增强颗粒表面的可浮性。

Abstract:Set flotation feed of Sima as test sample, By carrying out coal quality analysis and conditioning speed test, flotation rate test before and after conditioning. It shows that size 0.025~0.125 mm and size0.125~0.074 mm content are 56.85% and 20.70%; uneasy flotation particle of size above 0.500 mm and under 0.074 mm content are 0.65% and 5.62%. so the sample is favorable to float. when condition the coal slurry with 1 950 r/min, concentrate ash can decrease by 0.14%, clean coal yield can improve by5.05%, combustible material recovery will increase by 5.59%. when condition coal slurry by proper speed, will improve dispersion of collector, and improve collision probability of coal particle and oil drop, promote adsorption of coal particle and oil drop, improve floatability of particle surface.
