| 摘 要： | 为了更深入地认识煤矿事故发生的特点和规律,从事故类型、发生时刻、月份、地理区域等方面,统计了2012~2013年间的煤矿事故发生数据,并利用数理统计方法进行分析。分析表明:煤矿事故中瓦斯事故最为严重;20:00~23:59、12:00~15:59左右是煤矿事故发生的高峰期,16:00~19:59单起事故死亡人数最多;贵州、湖南、云南事故发生频率较高,四川煤矿事故单起死亡人数较高;3、4、5月和9、10、11月是重大伤亡事故多发期。并在此基础上分析了事故发生的原因,提出预防对策,对提高煤矿安全生产具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the characteristics and laws more in coal mine accidents, the data of coal mine accidents were counted and analyzed by linking aspects such as accident types, occurring time, month, geographical area and using the method of mathematical statistic. The analysis shows that gas accident is the most serious coal mine accident. 20:00~23:59 and 12:00~15:59 are the peak time of the number of coal mine accidents. 16:00 ~19:59 is the peak time of death toll of single accident.Guizhou, Hunan and Yunnan are the provinces of high frequency of accidents. The province of death toll of single accident is Sichuan. The first quarter and third quarter are the peak time of the number of the heavy casualty. On this basis, analyzes the causes of the accidents, proposed preventive measures,to improve coal mine production safety has practical significance. |
