摘    要:我国煤层气资源丰富,低浓度煤层气的安全利用问题亟待解决。对煤层气深冷液化工艺过程进行了描述,在对工艺过程进行整体爆炸危险性分析的基础上,对煤层气深冷液化工艺各环节进行了爆炸危险性分析,并提出了相应安全对策及措施,为安全合理地开发利用含氧煤层气提供了有力依据。

Abstract:China is rich in coal-bed methane resources, the safely use of low-concentrations coal-bed methane need to be solved. The process of cryogenic liquefaction technology for coal-bed methane is described. On the basis of overall explosion hazard analysis of the technology process, analyzed the explosion hazard of every aspects of cryogenic liquefaction technology on coal-bed methane, and put forward the corresponding safety countermeasures and measures. It provided a strong basis for develop and using oxygen-containing coal-bed methane safely and reasonably.
