煤层采空区对隧道稳定性影响及处治技术

摘    要:对白岭煤矿采空区沉降进行计算预测,并建立模型模拟白岭煤矿采空区及隧道沉降,结合急倾斜采空区的治理技术进行了分析。采空区注浆加固前后,隧道最大沉降分别为17.9 cm和7.32 cm。华蓥山隧道出口采空区影响段现场监控量测结果显示:治理技术方案实施30 d后,监测断面周边收敛和拱顶沉降累计变形值均未超过30 mm。实践证明,利用注浆加固加大采空区围岩强度,同时配合超前中管棚支护,在公路隧道中有很重要的应用价值。为后续隧道采空区施工提供了处理经验。

Abstract:Calculating and predicting Bailing coal goaf subsidence, and then establishing a model to simulate Bailing coal goaf and tunnel subsidence, at last the goaf are analyzed combined with steep goaf management technology. Mined-out area before and after grouting reinforcement, the tunnel settlement is 17.9 cm and 7.32 cm respectively. The site monitoring measurement results of Huayingshan exit goaf affected section show that after 30 days the treatment technology scheme has implemented, the accumulative deformation monitoring of peripheral convergence and crown settlement value were not more than 30 mm. Practice proves that using grouting reinforcement to improve goaf surrounding rock strength, and cooperate with advanced pipe roof support in the highway tunnel has important application values. Which provides the treatment experience for the subsequent goaf tunnel construction.
