高温空气发生器低NOx排放的实验研究

摘    要:简述生物质与垃圾(RDF)高温空气气化的意义,介绍了该系统关键部件-高温空气发生器低NOx排放实验研究的实验系统和实验方法,对高温空气发生器低NOx燃烧火焰进行了研究与分析,研究了空气预热温度、切换时间对高温空气发生器中NOx排放的影响,最后根据国外高温空气燃烧结论从理论角度对改进高温空气发生器低NOx排放进行了分析.

Abstract:Actuality of development of high temperature air gasification system for biomass and garbage is summarized in this paper,experiment equipment and means of high temperature air generator for lower NO_X emission experiment research are introduced;Lower NO_X emission of combustion flame in high temperature air generator is investigated,the influences of the temperature of heated air and switching time to NO_X emission is studied;At last,some important advices are given by comparing experiment results with ones outside,good experiment prepare has been done for deeply studying HTAG system for biomass.
