资源化是固体废物治理的最高目标

本文从社会物质流程入手，论述了固体废物减量化、无害化和资源化的内在联系。侧重介绍了城市生活垃圾的无害化处理方法和资源化途径。文章指出，只有推行垃圾分类收集、分装运输、分流处理和合理利用的方针，才能使垃圾中的主要组分得到最有效的利用，这才是垃圾的资源化，它是固体废物治理的最高目标。

Resource Regeneration is the Final Goal of the Treatment of Solids Waste

Started from the flow path of social material,the inter relations between the minimization,the disposal of the solid waste and the renewable resource have been discussed in this paper.The authors focus his attention on the method of disposal and the way of recycle of the urban household waste.Only by classification collection,separating transportation and separating treatment,the majority of solid waste can be efficaciously recycled and utilized.That is the resource regeneration of refuse and the final goal of the treatment of solid waste.
