菌克毒克防治烟草普通花叶病毒(TMV)及对病程相关蛋白的诱导作用研究

摘    要:1998~1999年在室内进行了菌克毒克防治TMV药效试验。室内结果表明,使用菌克毒克150倍液、200倍液、250倍液预防烟草花叶病毒的防效依次为82.2%、70%、61.1%。抗病毒剂菌克毒克注射于珊西烟(Nicotiana tabacum var.Xanthi nc)下部叶片,上部叶片接种TMV,结果菌克毒克诱导上部未注射叶片对TMV侵染的抗性对侵染的抑制率为65.5%~82.6%,对菌克毒克处理叶片及上部叶未处理叶片细胞间液中的病程相关蛋白进行电泳分析,结果表明,菌克毒克可系统地诱导珊西烟产生7种健康植株所设有的PR蛋白,PR蛋白的诱导与抗病性、耐病性的诱导相一致。

Abstract:Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)is one of major factors limiting the improvement of tobacco yield and quality in China.A new agricultural antibiotic Junkeduke was studied for controlling TMV during 1998 1999.Junkeduke was isolated from fermentation broth of Streptomyces noursei var.xichangensis It belongs to a cytosine nuclecide structural antibiotic.Experiments showed that the greenhouse control effects of Junkeduke at a dilution of 150,200 and 250 were 82.2%,70% and 61.1% respectively,the field control effects were 71.6%,62.8% and 43% respectively.It was superior to other agents and could play a role of obviously simulating tobacco growth and improving tobacco yield and quality. When Junkeduke was injected into the leaves of tobacco Xanthi nc 7 days prior to inoculation with TMV,it reduced the number of lesions produced on non injected leaves of the same plants.The number of local lesions produced on non injected leaves was decreased by 65.5% 82.6%.In Xanthi nc plant injected with Junkeduke,the PR proteins were found not only in the intercellular fluid of injected tissue but also in those of non injected upper leaves.It was possible that PR proteins might be responsible for decreasing the degree of pathogenesis on infected plants,and this was correlated to the induction of resistance/tolerance to virus infection.
