啤酒中金属的测定

摘    要:本实验建立了利用非完全消化-火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定了啤酒中的锌、钙、镁金属元素含量。用标准曲线测定。对非完全消化法样品处理条件、干扰、试液的物理性质与其空白溶液的一致性、检出限及特征浓度进行了考察。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.0%,本方法的测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±2.9%。

Abstract:This experiment built up to noncomplete digestion - the flame atom/c absorption spectrometry a~ nalysis method for determining the zinc, calcium, magnesium three kinds of contents in the beer. It used a stand- ard curve method to measure. The pretreatment condition of sample, chemical interference,background absorption interference, the physical character for test solution and its blank solution identity, the detection limit and characteristic concentration were studied. RSDs are less than2.0 %. The determination results of this method are consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors are less than 2.9%.
