| Abstract: | Through summarizing the circulatory economy, this article proposes that developing circulatory economy in steel enterprises is an important aspect of their social responsibilities and it offers an opportunity for the steel enterprises to adjust their industrial structures and become bigger and stronger. Steel enterprises play an important role in developing the circulatory economy, which is necessary for establishing resources conservation enterprises. |
