| 摘 要： | 为提高ERP项目实施的成功率和实施效率,提出由软件映射层、管理映射层、中间映射层构成的 ERP管理参考模型.模型基于事件触发的流程方法和共同业务理念,通过多层映射的构建过程,得到管理参考业务逻辑集,实现ERP软件与企业管理系统的有机融合.ERP管理参考模型及其方法体系从技术层面提高了ERP项目实施的可操作性,支持ERP软件升级和企业管理发展变革.

| Abstract: | An ERP management reference model(ERP-MRM)is proposed which is composed of three levels:software mapping-level,management mapping-level and middle mappinglevel.Through the utilization of the event-driven flow method and the constructing process with multi-level mapping,the ERP-MRM realizes the perfect integration of ERP software and the enterprise management system.The ERP-MRM improvesoperability for ERP project implementation.It helps a lot to the updating of ERP software and the reformation of enterprise management. |
