| 摘 要： | 对锤刀式湿煤破碎机的筛板、破碎部件、密封件、刮煤装置、机身等进行技术改造,可解决机器运行时有异响、机身晃动、煤样撒漏、破碎效率低、粉尘量大、机器易堵塞等问题。通过改造前后的制样精密度对比可知,改造锤刀式湿煤破碎机后可提高制样的准确度并解决煤样堵塞的问题,确保煤样顺利通过破碎筛分系统,可提升筛分效果和破碎效率并避免残留煤样互相污染。
