| 摘 要： | 纺织染整领域的专利申请包含许多工艺方法,撰写专利申请文件时经常出现一些商品名称作为原料使用的情况.根据现行专利法及其实施细则、审查指南,结合纺织领域的审查实践,介绍了商品名称在纺织染整领域专利申请中出现的撰写问题及其原因,允许使用商品名称的情形,专利审查答辩中恰当的修改方式和证据的使用等.
