茶多酚在棉织物上的媒染性能

以硫酸亚铁、硫酸铁和硫酸铝钾为媒染剂,研究茶多酚(TP)在棉织物上的媒染性能.通过探讨后媒法中茶多酚处理的pH 值、温度及媒染剂用量对媒染性能的影响,测试染后织物的染色牢度和紫外防护性能,结果表明,茶多酚在酸性条件下较稳定,中性和碱性条件下酚羟基的电离和氧化程度增加.棉织物经硫酸亚铁、硫酸铁和硫酸铝钾媒染后分别呈紫灰色、浅灰色和浅黄色,得色深度随金属离子种类的不同而异,且具有良好的耐洗沾色和耐摩擦牢度,但耐洗变色牢度较差;此外,茶多酚染色能赋予棉织物较好的紫外防护性能.

Mordant dyeing behaviors of cotton fabric with tea polyphenols
