环保型电化学还原染色工艺的研究

摘    要:以Fe-Ca-TEA络合物为氧化还原媒介,对靛蓝进行间接电化学还原染色,研究九水硝酸铁、四水硝酸钙、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钠等用量对靛蓝染色效果的影响,结果表明:在九水硝酸铁10g/L,四水硝酸钙7g/L,三乙醇胺35g/L,氢氧化钠9g/L,外加电压5V,阴极面积30c㎡,电化学还原时间50min,对棉织物进行间接电化学还原染色,可以达到传统保险粉法染色的效果.同时,采用中空纤维膜过滤除去未能上染纤维的染料颗粒,可以实现媒介的重复利用,减少了水和化学药品的消耗.

Abstract:Taking Fe-Ca-TEA complex as redox mediator,indirect electrochemical dyeing of cotton fabric with indigo was carried out.Influences of mass concentration of ferric nitrate,c alcium nitrate,triethanolamine and sodium hydroxide on dyeing results were investigated.The results showed that under conditions of ferric nitiate 10 g/L,calcium nitrate 7 g/L,triethanolamine 35 g/L,sodium hydroxide 9 g/L,5 V of applied voltage,30 cm2 of cathode area,reducing 50 min,good vat dyeing effects of indirect electrochemical red...
