| 摘 要： | 针对亚麻织物常规前处理工艺存在强力和质量损失较大等问题,试验采用冷轧堆法对亚麻织物进行前处理,比较了冷轧堆退浆煮练工艺、冷轧堆煮练漂白工艺和冷轧堆氧漂工艺的处理效果,认为冷轧堆氧漂工艺是解决亚麻织物前处理难题的有效措施.通过正交试验,得到优化工艺条件.

| Abstract: | Owing to strength loss and weight loss of flax fabric in conventional pretreatment process,cold pad-batch processes are carried out,such as cold pad-batch desizing and scouring process,cold pad-batch scouring and bleaching process,as well as cold pad-batch peroxide bleaching.Pretreatment results of three processes are compared,it is said that cold pad-batch peroxide bleaching is the best one.Via orthogonal experiments,the optimum parameters are defined. |
