摘    要:介绍宝钢集团八钢公司新区A#2500 m3高炉蒸汽加湿调节系统的原理、控制及在生产过程中存在的问题。通过生产实践的探索,改进调节阀、流量计及孔板设计上的缺陷,使这套系统能够更好地满足高炉生产工艺的需求。

Abstract:The principle,control and the existing problems of steam humidification conditioning system of A#2 500 m3 blast furnace located in new area of Ba Iron & Steel Company,Bao Steel Group are introduced in this paper.The design defect of control valve,flow meter and perforated board has been improved via exploration of production practice,so this system can meet the requirements of blast furnace production process better.
