含氟超支化碳纳米管超疏水材料的制备及应用

摘    要:采用含氟超支化聚合物对多壁碳纳米管表面进行功能化改性,合成了两种含氟的多壁碳纳米管杂化材料(MWCNT-HPEF/HPUF).通过傅里叶转变-红外谱图(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究表明,超支化聚合物通过共价键连接在多壁碳纳米管表面;采用浸渍MWCNT-HPEF/HPUF 乙醇分散液的方法制备了超疏水性棉织物,处理后的棉织物对水静态接触角151°,接触角滞后小于5°,但拒油性较差,仅为2级.

Abstract:Two superhydrophobic surface materials are synthesized by modifying multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT) with short fluorocarbon chain terminated hyperbranched polyester/poly(urea-urethane)(HPEF/HPUF).The characterization of pure nano composites(MWCNT-HPEF/HPUF) by FT-IR and SEM indicates that HPEF/HPUF are covalently attached to the MWCNT surface.The solution of MWCNT-HPEF/HPUF in ethanol is used to treat cotton fabric,it is found that the treated cotton fabric has good hydrophobicity with contact angle of...
