碱性锌锰电池低汞锌粉进展

摘    要:碱性锌锰电池的阳极锌粉,采用汞齐化方法抑制气体的产生具有很好的效果。但是由于对环境的污染,各厂商和科技人员都积极采用添加其它微量元素来减少或取代汞,并且已取得显著进展。其主要改进措施有:(1)锌合金粉的选择;(2)有机界面活性剂的添加;(3)集电体铜钉的处理;(4)锌合金粉的制备及测试。本文介绍在这方面的研究进展。

Abstract:The amalgamated zinc powder as anode materials used in alkaline zinc manganese dioxide can effectively retrain the gas production from battery itself. In consideration of enviromental pollution,both the battery manufacturers and technicians are very active in choosing other trace elements in place of mercury and remarkable advances are achieved. Main methodes are 1)the choice of zinc-alloy powder(2)the adding of organic surfactant;3) the treatment of copper-nail as current collector;4)the making and testing of zinc-alloy powder.
