摘 要: | 采用Span80-TBP-NaOH体系乳状液膜法,提取红土矿浸出液中的Ni(Ⅱ);测定了表面活性剂含量、载体含量、内相试剂浓度、外水相酸度、温度等对提取速率的影响.根据温度对提取速率的影响求出反应的表观活化能,确定了该反应过程的速控类型.在最适分离条件下,做二级提取实验,其提取效果可达90%以上.

Abstract: | The enrichment behaviour of Nickel through the emulsion liquid membrane system of Span80-TBP-NaOH has been studied.The enrichment condition of Nickel are as follows: Span-80=5 %;TBP=5%;paraffin=2 %;kerosene =88 %.Under the optimal operation conditions,the secondary extraction efficiency of Nickel(Ⅱ)from acidic leaching solution of laterite ores is onto 90%.The rate-control type of extraction process is given. |
