摘    要:现场采集的振动信号数据中包含各种噪声,文中引入非线性数学形态变换,提出了采用开-闭和闭-开组合的数学形态滤波器去除现场振动信号中的噪声,特别是脉冲干扰的新方法。给出了振动信号处理中形态滤波器结构元素的构造方法。仿真计算及实例验证表明,采用数学形态滤波器可以有效去除脉冲干扰,提取信号的全局和局部特征。数学形态学算法中仅包含布尔运算及加减运算,简单,快速,易于实现。

Abstract:The vibration signals acquired from the rotor are usually seriously contaminated by noises in engineering.A new method based on mathematical morphology is proposed to remove the noises in vibration signals.The random noises and pulsed noises can be eliminated by combining open-closing and close-opening operations morphological filters while the characteristics of vibration signal are still kept.The principle of designing the structure elements of morphological filters in vibration signal processing is discussed.Simulation result and practical application show that the method is effective.(Furthermore),much less calculation is needed in the mathematical morphology.It is perfectly fit for vibration signal(processing).
