阀控铅酸蓄电池阻燃壳体性能研究

摘    要:本文通过垂直法对阀控铅酸蓄电池阻燃壳体进行燃烧性能实验,制定了阻燃壳体阻燃性能的实验标准。研究了酒精浓度、温度及干燥和酒精擦拭顺序等对阻燃壳体的耐化学性能的影响,得出了电池壳体不易经高温和高浓度酒精处理,同时电池壳体应具有一定的时效时间,这样电池壳体不易产生裂纹。

Abstract:In this article, the author did a combustibility test of the flame retardant container through vertical method, and set the test standard. The influence of concentration and temperature of alcohol, drying along with wiping sequence on the chemical resistance of the flame retardant container was mainly studied. The study came to a conclusion that battery containers made basically no changes after high temperature and high concentration alcohol treatment. And in the meantime the battery container should pass a certain ageing time to avoid crack.
