PBT废水共沸精馏提纯THF的方法

摘    要:利用THF-水体系在不同压力下共沸物组成差异大的特点,选择合理的差压精馏方案,结合少量杂质侧线出料,THF再精制,实现PBT废水中THF的提纯。THF质量分数计算值达到99.99%,排放废水中水含量99.9%,耗能200kJ/mol THF。

Abstract:Based on the fact that the components of azeotropic mixtures change drastically with different pressure in THF-water system, proper differential pressure distillation method was chosen, and combined with little impurity extracting from sidestream. The THF product was then refined so as to realize the purification of THF from the PBT wastewater. The calculated mass fraction of THF and the water concentration of the discharged wastewater could reach as high as 99.99% and 99.9%. The whole method costs 200 kJ for generating one tool THF.
