摘    要:飞机燃油结冰会使燃油系统给发动机所供的燃油间歇中断或完全中断,从而导致飞行事故。随着国家近年来运输类飞机的兴起,燃油结冰试验成为备受关注的项目。配制掺水的燃油是燃油结冰试验的基础。本文介绍了掺水系统的组成和原理,分析了不同掺水方式和微量水分测量方法的优劣,加水量对含水燃油稳定性的影响以及含水燃油饱和度测定方法。分析所得结论可以直接用于运输类飞机燃油结冰试验,具有一定的工程指导价值。

Abstract:Aircraft fuel icing will result in the fuel supply to engine to be intermittently or com- pletely interrupted, which will lead to the flight accident. Along with the rise of transport aircraft in recent years, the fuel icing test become a concern of the project, and preparation of mixing water in fuel is the base of fuel icing test. The composition and principle of the water mixing system are introduced in this paper. The pros and cons of different water mixing mode and micro moisture measurement method, the effects of water on the stability of hydrous fuel, and the method for the determination of hydrous fuel saturation, are analyzed. The analysis results can be directly used for transport aircraft fuel icing test, and it is very valuable.
