| 摘 要： | 教书育人是教师的天职，教书育人也应该贯穿于学生在校的所有活动中。文章从校园文化的特征、功能分析入手，阐述了教师以及学生在建设和传承校园文化中的地位和角色，并从近年来师生关系趋于紧张的缘由剖析中得出结论，教书育人不能单纯寄望于思想政治课程的学习，而要注重润物无声的校园文化。
