| 摘 要： | 采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定原花色素的类SOD活性，通过实验确定了适宜的测定条件为测定波长420nm；缓冲体系为Tris—HAc；邻苯三酚浓度为10mmol／L；pH值为8．2；Tris—HAc浓度为0．05mol／L，原花色素对邻苯三酚的自氧化抑制率达到92％。

| Abstract: | Pyrogallol autooxidation method was used for measurement of SOD-like activity of proanthocyanidins. The proper conditions for this measurement was determined through experiment as following,detection wavelength of spectrophotometer,420 nm,buffer system,Tris-HAc,concentration of pyrogallol,10 mmol/L,pH 8.2,and concentration of Tris-HAc solution,0.05 mmol/L.The inhibition rate of proanthocyanidins against pyrogallol antooxidating achieved 92 %. |
