| 摘 要： | Gemagic和MasterCAM是CAD/CAM工程中的常用软件。通过三坐标测量仪获取点云数据,并采用Geomagic软件重构出CAD模型;在后续加工中,使用MasterCAM软件,针对已经生成的CAD模型,分析其加工工艺要求,设置加工工艺参数,生成并且校验了刀具轨迹,最后经后置处理生成有效的数控程序,并加工出实物。

| Abstract: | Geomagic,MasterCAM are popular in CAD/CAM.Point cloud data were gotten through three coordinate measuring instrument.The CAD model was reconstructed based on Geomagic.Aiming at the generated CAD model,the machining requirement was analyzed.In MasterCAM software,NC machining parameters were set,tool path was produced and checked.After confirming the tools path,NC codes were generated by post-processing,and the model was machined in the machine tool. |
