摘    要:简这了湿法制备硫酸镍过程中以NaClO为氧化剂,CaCO3为中和剂除锰,铁工艺中存在的主要问题,针对这些问题,将该工艺改进为以KMnO4为氧化剂,NaOH为中和剂去除锰,铁,结果表明,新工艺有效扼制了原工艺中存在的主要问题,较大地提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:The main problems in the process of removal of manganese and iron using NaClO as oxidizing agent and NaOH as neutralizer are described simply.Separating manganese,iron from nickel using KMnO 4 as oxidizing agent and NaOH as neutcalizer is studied.Results show that the new process can resolve effectively the main problems in the former process,production efficiency can be increased and cost can be reduced.
