摘    要:以脱炭效率指数为响应值,通过Design-Expert设计和优化了粉煤灰摩擦电选脱炭试验。利用其中的Box-Behnken试验设计方案,建立了脱炭效率与各个试验因素(进风风速、摩擦轮转速、矫正流风速、极板电压、收集室风速及收集室宽度)之间的二次方修正模型,得出了不同变量对脱炭效率指数的二阶交互影响作用的响应曲面,深入分析了变量间的交互影响关系。以脱炭效率为优化指标,目标为其最大值,得到最佳试验条件:当进风风速3.7 m/s、摩擦轮转速5 150 r/min、矫正流风速1.8 m/s、极板电压40 kV、炭中灰3个产品收集室风速1.0,1.5,1.5 m/s、炭中灰3个产品收集室宽度2,1,3 cm时,脱炭效率可达128.51%,预测值与实测值吻合度较好。

Optimization of triboelectrostatic decarbonization experiment of fly ash by Design-Expert
Abstract:The triboelectrostatic beneficiation tests of fly ash were designed by Design-Expert friction based on decarburization efficiency index.Quadratic model between the decarburization efficiency and test factors was established by the test of the Box-Behnken design scheme.The test factors were in-flow velocity,friction wheel speed,correct flow wind speed,plate voltage,collection chamber wind speed and collection chamber width.The response surfaces of second order interaction between different variables on the decarburization efficiency were obtained and the interaction relationships between variables were analyzed.Decarburization efficiency was used as the optimization index to get its maximum value.The optimal decarbonization effect,decarburization efficiency of 128.51%,is obtained when the in-flow velocity is 3.7 m/s,friction wheel speed is 5 150 r/min,correct flow wind speed is 1.8 m/s,plate voltage is 40 kV,collection chamber wind speed is 1.0,1.5,1.5 m/s and collecting chamber width is 2,1,3 cm.The predicted value based on the model is close to the test value.
