| 摘 要： | 介绍了近几年煤炭企业在自主创新、知识产权方面取得的成效.分析了煤炭企业存在的知识产权管理“代管”、知识产权开发被动、知识产权产业化困难等问题,提出了强化知识产权开发动力,化被动为主动开发知识产权；在煤炭企业内设置专门的知识产权机构,强化知识产权管理；加强知识产权产业化,建立知识产权网站、知识产权中介机构和评估机构等.

| Abstract: | This article describes the achievements produced by coal enterprises in independent innovation and intellectual property rights in recent years;analyzes its existing problems of intellectual property rights such as escrow service,passive development and difficult issues of industrialization.The essay also proposes to develop IPR by strengthening intellectual property power and transforming passive into initiative.And we can set up a special IPR organization in coal enterprises to strengthen intellectual property management,and industrialization;establish websites,intermediary institution and assessment institutions of intellectual property rights. |
