摘    要:简要介绍C10芳烃的现状及开发前景;提出采用分离集成技术从重整C10芳烃中提取均四甲苯,采用侧线出料精馏技术从C10芳烃中提取均四甲苯馏分;建立侧线精馏实验装置,研究侧线精馏过程中各种因素对均四甲苯含量、收率的影响,均四甲苯的含量一次可以达到25.0%以上,收率达到98.0%左右;研究结果为进一步提纯均四甲苯提供有效依据。

Abstract:The present status and prospects of development of utilization of C10aromatics hydrocarbon were briefly introduced.The separation integrated technology in extracting 1,2,4,5-teramethybenzol from C10aromatics hydrocarbon was proposed.1,2,4,5-teramethybenzol was extracted by side draw rectifying.The side draw rectifying apparatus was set up,some effective factors which influenced the extractive process were studied.The purity of 1,2,4,5-teramethybenzol can reach more than 25.0% and the yield can be reached 98% above one time.The work provided an effective basis for the further research of refining 1,2,4,5-teramethybenzol.
