| 摘 要： | 本文构建了区域科技实力综合评估体系,并采用主成分分析和聚类分析方法,分别对中国29个省区的科技综合实力进行实证分析,结果表明:中国大部分地区科技综合实力欠佳,而且区域差别较大;沿海经济发达地区科技综合实力较强,东北和中部地区次之,西部边远地区综合科技实力较弱;经济发展水平与科技综合实力似乎存在较强的内在关系。

| Abstract: | This paper constitutes a synthetic evaluation system for regional sci- tech strength. Adopting the methods of principal components analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis, the paper positively analyzes the synthetic sci - tech strength of 29 provinces and regions in China respectively. The results of this analysis represent that synthetic sci - tech strength of most of regions in China is not good enough with large regional distinctions, the strength order of synthetic sci - tech strength for regions in China is advanced coastal regions, northeastern and central regions, and western remote regions successively, and economic development level seems to have strong internal relationship with synthetic sci- tech strength. |
