摘    要:C25-8.82/0.98型汽轮机前后汽封原为高低齿型汽封,文章分析了高低齿型汽封常常和转子发生摩擦,产生磨损的原因主要是转子中心的改变,在将前后汽封改为接触式蜂窝汽封后,机组的可靠性和经济性得到良好改善。

Abstract:The front and rear steam seals of C258.82/0.98 type steam turbine originally were high-low serrate-type,rubbing often occurred between the steam seal and rotor .The analysis held that,the wear arose mainly form the change of rotor center. since the front and rear steam seals were retrofitted to the contact type cellular steam seals,the reliability and economics of unit have been improved remarkably.
