斜网流浆箱的研究和设计

从长纤维、低浓度纸浆的特性要求及与斜网网部特殊结构的配合出发，对斜网纸机的流浆箱进行研究，运用了机械设计、流体力学、造纸等方面的理论知识，参考国外斜网纸机的部分资料和国内相关文章，提出了斜网流浆箱的设计要点和关键部件的设计计算方法，最后通过所设计的斜网流浆箱实验验证了设计理论的合理性。

Study and Design on the Headbox of Inclined Wire Paper Machine

This paper made a research on the headbox of inclined wire paper machine and put forward the main points for designing the inclined wire headbox and calculating method for the key parts of the headbox based on the characteristics of long fibre and low consistency pulp and coordination with the special structure of the inclined wire section. Using the theories of mechanical designing,fluid mechanics,paper making principles etc. Reperence some articles of the inclined wire former. Published at home and abroad. The paper proposed the design main point of indined wire paper machine and the design calculation method of the key parts. Finally, the experiment of the designed headbox of inclined wire has proved the reasonableness of design theory.
