钢管二维漏磁检测系统的再研究

摘    要:基于二维磁化和缺陷漏磁原理的钢管自动化检测系统,采用集成化磁敏传感器、预放器降低系统的温度漂移,提高检测灵敏度和缺陷检测的再现性、可靠、性;特殊的滑环技术将多路信号归为一路传送;模拟缺陷信号的多种运算方式,可依用于检测钢管内壁各种缺陷;结合计算机测控技术,对检测全过程监测,分析、运算、存储缺陷信号参数,对缺陷标记、定位。

Abstract:Integrated magnetic sensitive transducer was used in the automatic two dimensional leakage magnetic testing system for steel pipes to reduce temperature shift of the system and to improve testing sensitivity, reappearance and reliability. The signals of several channels were delivered in one channel by using specific slide technology. Calculating method for simulated defect signals could be used for the detection of various defects in pipes. Computer technology was applied to monitor the process of testing, to analyze, compute and store the signals of defects, and to mark and locate defects.
