摘    要:针对铁铝酸盐水泥早期水化热高的问题,提出采用掺加矿物掺合料的方法改善铁铝酸盐水泥性能。研究了单独掺加不同掺量粉煤灰、矿粉、石灰石粉、粉煤灰微珠、硅灰的铁铝酸盐水泥用水量、力学性能,以及复合掺加粉煤灰-矿粉、粉煤灰微珠-矿粉、粉煤灰微珠-硅灰及石灰石灰石粉-矿粉的铁铝酸盐水泥用水量、力学性能。结果表明,粉煤灰等掺合料均会降低铁铝酸盐水泥强度,但是对用水量的影响不同,粉煤灰及硅灰会显著增加铁铝酸盐水泥用水量,石灰石粉及粉煤灰微珠会降低用水量。当掺合料单独掺加或复合掺加等量取代30%水泥时,复合胶凝体系的抗压强度降至45.0MPa左右,掺合料的掺量宜控制在30%以内。

Abstract:In response to the high hydration heat in the early age of ferroaluminate cement, adding mineral admixture is proposed to improve the performance of ferroaluminate cement. The water demand and mechanical properties of ferroaluminate cement with different amounts of fly ash, mineral powder, limestone powder, fly ash microbeads and silica fume are investigated, as well as the water demand and mechanical properties of ferroaluminate cement with different amounts of fly ash - mineral powder, fly ash microbeads - mineral powder, fly ash microbeads - mineral powder, fly ash microbeads - silica fume and limestone powder - mineral powder. The results show that fly ash and other admixtures can reduce the strength of ferroaluminate cement, but the effects on water demand are different. Fly ash and silica fume can significantly increase the water demand of ferroaluminate cement, and limestone powder and fly ash microbeads can reduce water demand. When the admixture is mixed separately or in combination to replace 30% cement, the compressive strength of the composite cementitious system is reduced to 45.0MPa, and the content of the admixture should be controlled within 30%.
