气相色谱法分析氯乙醇

摘    要:介绍了采用FID的色谱仪聚乙二醇20M色谱柱对氯乙醇的定量测定方法。内标物选择正十三烷。标准偏差为0.26,变异系数0.27%,回收率为99.69%,线性相关系数为0.9996。气相色谱分析法简便、快速、准确,克服了化学分析法操作时间长、步骤复杂、误差较大的缺点,为氯乙醇生产中控及产品检测提供了一种简捷可靠的分析方法。

Abstract:The determination method of ethylene chlorohydrin content by u sing FID chromatograph polyethylene glycol 20M chromatographic column was introd uced. As for this method, n-tridecane was selected to be used as internal stan dard, the standard deviation is 0.26, the coefficient of variation is 0.27% , t he percent recovery is 99.69 % , linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 6. The gas chromatography is with the feature of simple, quick and accurate. It has ov ercome several shortcomings of chemical analysis method, such as long operating-time, complicated steps and large tolerances. And it's a simple and reliable analysis method for ethylene chlorohydrin production intercontrol and product de termination also.
