| 摘 要： | 结合当代暖通空调技术发展动态和建筑节能工作的新形势，介绍了国外热舒适性评价指标及室内热环境评价方法，阐述了夏热冬冷地区住宅建筑热环境质量研究现状及其部分成果，指出了气候潮湿地区室内湿度控制和新风负荷分析的重要性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces not only the development of HVAC& R and the energy efficiency in buildings but also the thermal comfort and thermal sensation scale in foreign countries. The researches on thermal environment quality standard in Chongqing have been discussed here. The importance of indoor humidity control and ventilation heating & cooling load analysis in humid climate has been emphasized as well. |
