摘    要:某扭力轴材料牌号为30CrMnSiNi2A,表而经镀硬铬处理,在使用一段时间后进行检测时,发现有大量的裂纹存在.采用断口分析、金相组织分析、化学成分分析、氢含量测定、硬度测试等方法对扭力轴裂纹产生原因进行了分析,并进行了冲击与弯曲模拟试验及断口对比分析.结果表明:扭力轴裂纹是在较大的表面剪切摩擦应力与扭转应力的共同作用...

Abstract:Chrome-plated torsion shafts were found to have some cracks at the surface after a period of service.To find out the cause for the cracks,fracture surface observation,microstructure examination,chemical composition analysis,hydrogen content and hardness testing were carried out,and impact and bending simulation tests were carried out to compare the fracture surfaces.The results indicate that the cracks of the torsion shafts resulted from the co-effect of greater surface shearing friction stress and twist st...
