摘    要:上海宽带业务运营市场的竞争格局已经形成。上海电信、上海广电、上海网通、长城宽带等公司各显身手,抢占市场。本文分别从市场拓展、价格策略、服务水平以及广告促销等方面具体介绍了各公司的市场定位、竞争策略和竞争措施,同时指出宽带市场的发展必须有内容的提供来带动。另外,宽带市场发展中还存在法律滞后等问题。

Abstract:The competition structure of the broad-band service market in Shang-hai has been formed.Companies like Shanghai Telecom,Shanghai Broadcast Telecom,Shanghai Netcom,Great Wall and Broad -Band show their own skills and compete in the market occupation.The market orientation,competition strat-egy and competition measures of these companies are introduced in detail in this paper from the market extension,price strategy,service level and market-ing promotion.It is also indicated that the development of broad -band market should be driven by the content provi-sion.
