西夏饮食结构的成因

摘    要:西夏的饮食结构体现在西夏人日常饮食生活中所摄取的动物原料和植物原料都占有重要地位的“二元饮食结构”,其成因主要受到西夏自然环境、西夏民族构成以及西夏人民的对外交往等三个主要因素的影响。西夏地理环境为西夏饮食结构提供了物质基础,西夏的民族构成是西夏饮食结构形成的主体因素,西夏人民的对外交往则进一步丰富和改善了西夏人民的饮食内容和饮食结构。

Abstract:Binary dietary structure has formed among people in the Western Xia Dynasty;in which both animal materials and plant materials play important roles.The formation of the dietary structure is mainly affected by the following three factors,namely,local natural environment;national structure and contacts with the outside world.The natural environment provides local people with cooking materials,The national structure is the main cause of the formation of the dietary structure in the Western Xia Dynasty,The contact with the outside world further enriches dietary ingredients and improves dietary structure.
