乙苯负压绝热脱氢生产苯乙烯工业试验

摘    要:利用国内开发的负压绝热乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯技术,在1000t/a苯乙烯中试的基础上,建立了3万t/a苯乙烯工业装置。经过两年多的生产运行,主要技术指标:物耗w(乙苯)/w(苯乙烯)=1.072、乙苯转化率65.96%、苯乙烯选择性97.2%。该指标达到国际同类装置的水平。

Abstract:A dehydrogenation process for production of styrene from ethylbenzene under reduced pressure and adiabatic reaction condition has been developed.A pilot test with the scale of 1 000 t/a styrene production was achieved,and then a 30 000 t/a ethylbenzene dehydrogenation plant was set up to test its industrial reliability.The more than two years running results of the plant show that the present technological indexes achieved in the plant is comparable to foreigh plants.The main technological indexes of the 30 000 t/a ethylbenzene dehydrogenation plant are raw material consumption 1.072 tEB/tS,EB conversion 65 96%,and styrene selectivity 97 2%.
