| 摘 要： | 介绍了湘钢通过超低O]冶炼、钢中Als]控制以及非金属夹杂物的形貌和成分控制等关键工艺技术,对转炉出钢、吹氩、LF精炼、连铸等不同工艺阶段进行了分析研究,攻克高纯净帘线钢钢中夹杂物塑性化控制技术,满足了高附加值硬线产品的要求。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes and researches composition change of liquid steel, slag and impurity, argon blowing, LF refining and continuous casting and so on vatious process stage through ultra- low O ] melting, Als] controlling in steel and appearance and composition controlling of non- metallic inclusion and so on key process technique. It has solved controlling technique on impurity ductileness in high clean steel cord and meet the requirements for high value-added hard wire products. |
