Combining with the status of urban economy and culture layer gradually improved,taking Yingcheng of Pingdingshan square as example, the design method of Yingcheng culture square was analyzed,the quadrupleness such as civilization,human,endemicity and sense of fashion should be possessed was explained,and it pointed out that urban square and garden can embody the cultural feature of a city,so it should regard the design of cultural square.
